FAQs

Questions you have in mind

  • What types of renovations do you specialise in?

We specialise in apartments and villas in Dubai and the UAE — from single-room refreshes to full-home interior design and renovation planning. A big part of our work is helping owners and investors lift rental and resale performance through design.

  • Do you only work on full renovations?

No. Many projects are light-touch upgrades: paint, lighting, layout tweaks, storage and styling. We’ll recommend the level of work that makes sense for your property, budget and goals instead of pushing a full makeover every time.

  • How long does a typical project take?

Simply contact us to schedule a free consultation where we'll visit your space and provide a detailed estimate. We're happy to answer all your renovation questions.

  • Do you work remotely, or do you need to visit the property?

For UAE projects we prefer at least one onsite visit, but we can also work from detailed photos, videos and floor plans. For international clients, we run the entire process remotely with clear documentation for local teams.

  • Do you manage contractors and construction?

We’re a design-led studio, not a general contracting company. For some projects, we can coordinate lightly with your chosen contractor or recommend one of our partners where available, but contracts and payments always stay directly between you and the build team.

  • How do your fees work?

We use clear, project-based pricing. For our Design-as-a-Product (DaaP) services — like ROI renovation planning and smaller space-focused packages — fees are fixed upfront and scaled to the size and scope of your property. For full custom interior design and larger renovations, we work on a tailored fee proposal after reviewing your brief, plans and requirements, similar to other high-end design studios. In all cases, pricing is transparent and we don’t add hidden percentages on materials or furniture.

  • What is DaaP?

DaaP stands for Design-as-a-Product. Instead of starting from a blank page, you choose from a curated library of pre-made design directions we’ve built over years of interior projects — complete with moodboards, finishes and shopping lists. For DaaP projects, we then adapt that chosen direction to your specific property, layout and needs, rather than reinventing everything from scratch. You still get a tailored result, but with faster turnaround, clearer pricing and far less decision fatigue compared to a fully open-ended interior design process.
