Desynte respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

When you contact us or book a service, we may collect information such as your name, email, phone number (if provided), and project details (photos, floor plans, preferences, and notes). We use this information to respond to enquiries, deliver consultations and design services, and manage bookings and client communication.

If you make a payment, it is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

When you download a free guide, we collect your first name and email address through our form provider, Tally. We use them to send you the guide and to follow up about it. We only send marketing emails if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

When you buy a digital product, your payment is handled by Stripe, which processes your name, email address and card details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address and order details, but never your full card number. We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

The service providers we currently use include Framer (website hosting), Tally (forms), Stripe (payments) and Google (email). Some of them store data outside the UAE, including in the European Union and the United States.

We keep enquiry and download information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then delete it.

We may use basic analytics and cookies to understand how the website is used and to improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with service providers necessary to operate our website and deliver services (such as booking tools, payment processors, and email/hosting services), or with contractors/suppliers only if you request an introduction.
