By using this website or purchasing a service from Desynte, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

Desynte provides interior design services (such as concept direction, layout guidance, sourcing recommendations, and optional 3D visualisations). All services are provided “as-is” based on the information you share. While we work carefully and professionally, we can’t guarantee outcomes such as resale value, rental performance, contractor results, or exact product availability.

Refunds & cancellations: Because our work is time-based and customised, refunds are limited once work begins. Consultation bookings follow the cancellation/rescheduling rules shown at the time of booking. For design packages, if you cancel before work starts, we may refund payments minus any non-refundable processing fees. If work has started, any refund (if offered) will reflect the work already completed.

Third-party products & sourcing: Any items you purchase (furniture, lighting, materials) are purchased from third parties. We are not responsible for changes in stock, pricing, lead times, delivery issues, defects, or warranty claims.

Contractors & execution: If we recommend contractors, installers, or suppliers, this is provided as a referral only. You contract with them directly and remain responsible for site supervision, approvals, safety, quality, timelines, and payments. Desynte is not liable for third-party workmanship or site outcomes.

Client responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate measurements, photos, and project information, and for verifying dimensions, site conditions, and product fit before ordering or installation.

We may update these terms from time to time. By continuing to use the website after changes are posted, you accept the revised terms.
